3 year stats

Last week I took each one to the doctor for their 3 year check-up.  Here are the stats and some fun info on each one.  

Ellie - The 1st born

Weight - 25.6 lbs - 10%

Height - 38 3/8in. - 75%

She is so outgoing and could eat sweets all day long.  She is strong-willed, a quick learner and remembers everything.  She loves being rough and tough, but can play dress-up like a girly girl too.  

Evan - The Boy

Weight - 28.6lbs - 15%

Height - 38 1/8in - 75%

He is 100% boy.  He loves to get into things.  He loves cars, balls & tools.  He has to have all his Toy Story toys in the bed with him at night.  He doesn't like it when the girls get in trouble, he is tenderhearted - a great brother.  

Charlotte - The Baby

Weight - 26.4lbs - 15%

Height - 37 3/8in - 50%

She is so sweet & shy.  She loves to cuddle and pretend to be a baby.  She loves to draw and color.  She is so girly and always has a bracelet or a purse full of toys with her.  She loves bows and princesses.

They have a great time together & truly love each other.  

I'm one proud mommy!

Party Time

Can you guess how many balloons are on this wreath?  

On Saturday was the big Mickey & Minnie Mouse birthday party.  We had a great time & a bunch of friends came to celebrate with the triplets.

 We had breakfast food along with our cupcakes.  We had "Hot Diggity Dogs" (aka: pigs in a blanket), Mickey & Friends waffles, yogurt with fruit & granola, apple juice & "Goofy's Banana Punch".  

 I baked the cakes and Matthew decorated each one a Mickey hat.  They loved them.  

 Boy did they get a lot of presents.  The past 2 years we have just asked for donations to March of Dimes, but this year they know all about Presents!  Evan was asking for presents as soon as he woke up.  

 Let's just say it was hectic!  

 Ellie & Charlotte were in love with baby Carson.  We just learned a few months ago that Matthew is actually kin to Lana & the kids.  I worked with her at Egleston & have stayed friends.  I realized her grandmother's maiden name was Smith & found out they were cousins.  Small World.  

 We rented a jumpy jump and a 22' slide for the party.  

 The slide was a big hit & barely fit in the gym.  

 We even had adults joining in on the fun.  Granddaddy & Great Aunt Gail came down a couple times too.  

 We couldn't talk Great-Granny into doing it.  Saturday was also my mom's birthday.

Three Turn the Big 3

Where has the time gone?  The triplets turned the big 3 today.  They have been waiting for this day for weeks.  They have been confused with Daddy's birthday & Valentine's Day.  They were finally happy it was THEIR day.  They even woke up a little earlier than usual this morning and was singing Happy Birthday.

After opening their cool Toy Story t-shirts they came down the stairs to see their fish tank full of fish. 


We got dressed and loaded up to Chick-fil-a to play and eat.  They had so much fun and they ate really well. 

After a trip to pet store to get some more fish we headed home and got to open Granddaddy & Grandmother's gifts.  They were so HAPPY!

The girls took a nap, but Evan was too busy playing with Buzz to even think about sleeping. 

Tonight was Puggles so they had a Valentine/Birthday party with their friends. 

 Great Aunt Janice had left some gifts while we were gone to church.  Cars 2 was one of them, so after a quick bath we watched some of Cars 2. 

I think they had a great day.  We are so blessed!

Potty Update

We have 3 "Big Kids Now!"  Charlotte has finally joined the pee-pee party!  On Jan. 30th she finally used the potty.  She has just been resisting, so we haven't been pushing it.  She has still had some accidents and no #2, but she is getting the hang of it.  So proud!  She likes to play Angry Birds or draw on the kindle while she tries. 

Ellie has been a pro since the beginning.  She had a little set back after we came back from Disney, but she is back to no accidents. 

If you remember from the last potty update, Evan was having trouble using the potty for #2.  Well when we got back from Disney it just clicked and no more accidents for this pirate.
