Bye Bye Car Bed!

The car bed has been fun but it is time to go. Ellie had to go back to the NICU last week to get tested in her car seat. She passed with flying colors!

3 Months Old

It is hard to believe how fast time can get by you. Today in our Sunday school class a student commented on being very upset right after her daughter was born. Her comment to her concerned husband was "She be graduating High School Soon!" His comment back "we have 18 yrs before then, plenty of time." But do we have plenty of time? I have taken the advise of several moms old and new - cherish every moment! I just hope that the time does not go by too fast. In case it does go by fast, I will have plenty of pictures.

Just days ago they were all in Preemie Sleepers and just barely filling them out. Now today they are fitting comfortably in to Newborn. What's next? Daddy can I have some lunch money? Daddy can I borrow a car?

Jennifer was due today!

Yes, that's right. Today is her original due date - May 7th. It really puts all things in perspective. Hard to believe we had babies 12 weeks early and they have done so well. Jennifer and I thank God everyday for all our blessings. He has given us a huge responsibility - taking care and raising three babies will be difficult but well worth the ride - and we're thankful we do not have to do this alone. We have family, friends, and Jesus to help us along the way! As mentioned last night - today was weigh-in. Ellie 5lb 13oz - Evan 6lb 15oz - Charlotte 6lb 8oz. They have been putting on good weight while being home. Here are a couple pictures.
