We had another great camping trip last weekend. We went to Vogel State Park in Blairsville for the annual DeMore Family reunion. We got up there Friday morning got our site, ate lunch and then went to Helton Creek Falls. We had to walk down a narrow steep trail to get to the water. It was a good thing Granddaddy was with us to hold Evan's hand.
We got to the bottom and Evan & Ellie were walking in the water and Evan fell right in the cold water. He didn't mine at all, he thought it was so funny.
There were other kids playing so of course they were following them.
Charlotte just played in the shallow puddles.
Dinner time with Granddaddy. Granddaddy stayed with us on Friday and slept in a tent.
After dinner we went to the beach area.

We had a small fire and roasted some marshmallows and had some visitors.
Ellie and Evan were trying to scare my family with their dinosaurs and snakes.
Night time milk with our cool straws Sylvia gave them.
It was a fun first day!
