Castaway Cay

The last full day was at Disney's private island - Castaway Cay.  This was the view from our balcony while waiting to dock.
We finally made it off the ship and was greeted by lots of friends.
The sun was in Evan's eyes and he was crying about it.
Donald helped him out!

We rented some tubes and a float, but didn't use them very much.  It was windy, so it would take you down the beach unless someone was holding on to you.

There are photographers everywhere.  This was the only picture we actually bought.
They played in the sand.
We had some yummy lunch.
Heading back to the ship

We came back early so Matthew & I could watch a movie.  It ended up starting earlier than it was posted, so we just went to the pool instead.  It was Matthew's turn to ride the Aquaduck with everyone.
Daddy & Charlotte
Daddy & Ellie
Daddy & Evan
They loved this splash area.

We also loved the "hot pool".  The floor was glass, so you could see the ocean below you.
It was the last night and we decided to just order room service instead of getting ready for dinner.  We were the only ones in the pool, such a treat.
The kids played at the kids club for awhile before the last show of the week.  When we got back to the room Mickey had left them a special treat.  A pillowcase signed by the characters!

We had a wonderful week and I hope they always remember this trip because I know I will!

Day 6 - At sea

Day 6 was another day at sea.  That morning we went and ate breakfast at the less crowded restaurant.

We had some characters we need to see like Sophia
and Princess Minnie.
Evan wanted to drive the ship.
We loved doing the Detective Agency.  It was an interactive game to solve mysteries.  It took you to different locations on the ship to solve the case.
 Running to the next location.
For lunch we ate at a sit down restaurant instead of fast service.  It was a yummy burger.
We finally got to see Pinocchio!
We got ready for swimming and got some foggy pictures on the balcony.

For dinner we were back at Animator's Palate for the animation magic dinner.  We got to draw a picture and then during dinner your drawing came to life.

They got to decorate their own cupcakes for dessert.

This is JC & Budi, they were are servers for the week.
They loved this wall in one of the restaurants.

After dinner we played a round of golf on the top of the ship.

We ended the night with the show & some popcorn.
