Evan's Special Day 2014

The next weekend was Evan's special day.  He wanted to ride go karts so we went to Funopolis to play.  

 We played lots of games

and won some tickets

Then we headed outside.  They had go karts that he could drive by himself.  He had lots of fun doing that.  

Then he was ready for the big boy carts.  

 He loved every minute.  Him & daddy won!  

After working up a sweat we headed to Outback for some steaks.  

 One happy boy!

After lunch he wanted to go to Build a Bear.  He wanted his own since the girls got one last year.  

He picked out a camo bear.  

 Giving Jack a bath.  

Of course he got his bear a Captain American outfit.  

 Then he took him on a ride on the carousel.  

 When he got home the first thing he did was get his costume on too.  

 Then everyone had to get their Build a bears and costumes on to match.  

It was a "Super" day

Ellie's Special Day 2014

On June 21st it was Ellie's special day.  She wanted to go to Babyland and get a Paige like Charlotte.  

She got to see 2 births while we were there.  

Here she is with her baby, Belle Sophia.

Then she said she wanted to go on a picnic.  We went to Anna Ruby Falls.  While her and daddy played in the creek I set up a Disney villain picnic.  

She had lots of fun in the creek.  

Then we hiked up to the falls.

After the hike we headed to Helen.  Of course we had to stop at the playground.  

She borrowed Charlotte's stroller & took Belle for a walk.  

She got a chocolate covered rice krispie treat

and shared a snow cone with mommy.  

We loved this one on one time with this little monkey!

More summer fun

June was a fun month too.  They rode their big wheel a lot and are trying to ride a bigger bike.  

 One night we all had a sleepover party in Evan's bedroom.  

 Ellie said daddy was breathing too loud!

We also went camping with friends from church at Stone Mountain.  We had fun with the girls in our camper

 and the boys had fun in the Parker's camper.  

 Look who I found playing with the girls' castle.  

 Matthew was the chef for the weekend.

All the kids had so much fun playing together.  

We had fun at Stone Mountain and watched the laser show together on Saturday night.  

On that Sunday it was Father's Day.  

 We came home and had dinner with my dad & mom.  

One day we went to get our hair cut and Deanne had a stray kitten.  Matthew is allergic to cats, so just kidding I texted Matthew telling him I was bringing her home.  I had already left and he texted back okay.  

So the next day we went and got her and brought her home.

Meet Fiona.  

 She is a sweet kitten and lets the kids just carry her around like a baby.  

Charlotte likes her, but still won't hold her.
